Logistics & Warehousing
Distribution Warehouse Portal Frame
A clear-span portal frame package fabricated in-shop and delivered in build sequence for a live logistics site.
Working from the client's architectural intent, our detailing team produced connection-level shop drawings before a single plate was cut. Frames were fabricated in matched sets, trial-assembled in the workshop where geometry demanded it, and delivered in build sequence so the client's crew never waited on steel.

Materials Handling
Conveyor Support Gantry
Elevated conveyor gantry with integrated access walkways, manufactured to suit an operating plant footprint.
Tight tie-in tolerances meant survey data drove the model. Modules were fabricated to fit existing anchor positions and supplied as bolt-together assemblies so the client's assembly window stayed short.

Process Plant
Plant Access Platform Package
A full access package giving maintenance teams safe, permanent reach to previously awkward plant equipment.
Each platform was modelled against a point-cloud of the existing plant so that clashes were resolved on screen rather than in the workshop. Modular sections were coated in-shop and supplied ready to bolt together.

Manufacturing
Industrial Mezzanine Floor
Additional usable floor area created inside an existing manufacturing building without disrupting operations.
Loading requirements were confirmed before detailing, and the frame was manufactured for bolted assembly so it could go together after hours with minimal noise and no hot work over production equipment.
